Why is Jordan called Jordania in this game? Can anyone tell me? And another thing, why is Jerusalem situated in Jordania according to this site? Is this because of some European grudge that I don't know about? So confused.

There are some things in this game that aren't perfectly correct. For example the Falklands are separated from Great Britain, which is wrong. But it makes it more playable if you don't have to conquer the Falklands to gain all the revenues from GB.

Maybe there are no big cities in Jordan, so Darkman moved Jerusalem across the border so they have a capital.

And Jordan/Jordania. In German this country is called "Jordanien" so "Jordania" would be the most obvious translation. And as it seems the wrong one.

Well ... till 1967 west jerusalem was occupied by Israel and east Jerusalem by Jordan. Then Israel conquered east Jerusalem by military force and declared it the everlasting capital of Israel.
But this annexation wasn't admitted by the UN and most other states.
That's why all international representations are not in Jerusalem but still in Tel-Aviv.
Therefore u actually can count Jerusalem either as part of Jordan or as part of Israel - both is correct/not wrong, I think.

@Ranti: Amman is the capital of Jordan and Jerusalem isn't a big city

I'm so GOOD. It's like a gift, you know? It's like I just can't control it.

Data used in this game has been taken from several, but official and recent (and western ) sources (back in 2003). If you have any complaints, send them to "abyss.com".
