Do you mean you want to figure it out yourself or do you want me to tell what will change?

Success of a player can largely be determined upon planning. Knowing what is changing can help players make important decisions for the beggining of the round.
The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.

Well, I don't think it would make sense to simply post all the numbers and stats in here, so I'll tell you roughly what will be different.
The towns and countries will remain the same, except for 3 three new ones, which are quite small and therefore quite insignificant.
Most towns and countries will have a larger population, which will have an effect on criminal income, therefore the points for towns and countries as well as their income will increase, too. And it will also have a small effect on trade.
The world has already become slightly larger, about 5%, meaning that it takes a while longer to move units from one place to another.

I can't really put in words how it will change, most of it will stay the same, but I will do the updates on each existing server when a round starts, so you might want to check it out there.

Are any of the Rates changing? Crime rate? Argessive?

Larger cities interesting this could have a large change in the way the game is played. Nice

Lieutenant General firehelper, Tu, 14.10.08 20:21:52:

will the rates of movement change? It would be nice to do a series of hit and run with aircraft.. but seeing as they move like foot soldiers its impossible in the current game configuration

Crime rate and aggressivity might change, too, but at this point I can't tell how much, I didn't do that part yet.

And no, I'm not planning to change the movement duration of single units.
