I just want all you Europeans to know that Bush does not represent all of America (just the hillbilly part) and that I probably hate him a lot more than you do. Just wanted to get that out there. . I don't think and I hope that no-one intendet to do that. I know by myself that it is sometimes hard to see the single persons and that you tend to generalize. But I think it often has just something to do with "lazy" talking. You don't say "The Bush-supporting Americans do..." but "The Americans do..." It's shorter, so it's natural to say it that way. From all that is going on in Germany (highest unemployment rate ever and the Nazis officially joining politics in former eastern german countries - you know we had that same issue 70 years ago) I think it would be best if it could join as soon as possible, especially since Bavaria is the most hated federal state in Germany for having the best economic and social structure.
