Dass der rote Knopf nicht funktionieren soll kann ich serverseitig nicht nachvollziehen. Evtl. habt ihr Javascripte und/oder Popups geblockt, dann bringt das Klicken nämlich nichts.
Was die Virusmeldung angeht, so würde ich dringend mal raten, ein oder zwei andere Viren-/Spywarescanner zusätzlich über deinen Rechner laufen zu lassen... ich würde (zum testen) Antivir und Avast empfehlen (beides kostenlos). Ebenfalls empfehlenswert wäre das Tool "HijackThis", aber nur, wenn man sich damit auskennt. Einfach mal danach googeln...

1. If you mean "possible"...
Allied players cannot attack each other directly, only indirectly by helping others players.
If you choose to ally yourself privately with a player and your unionmembers ally themselves with an enemy of that player then it is not a bug.
You have to consider your alliances carefully.
2. If you mean "impossible"...
It is possible to attack your unionmembers if you don't make a common treaty.
